- Deadline for inclusion in the pre-Convention issue of the Automotive Recycling magazine feature of Exhibitors and Suppliers. Both listing and advertising opportunity deadline: Automotive Recycling magazine (deadline 6/1/2022).
- Booth construction plans and layout arrangements for first-time exhibitors, exhibits in peninsula or island booth spaces, or involving other unusual construction features are due.
- Exhibitor to notify Show Management of any unusual promotional activities and receive approval for same.
- Exhibitors must notify Show Management of intent to serve food and/or beverage within your booth.

- Convention Program Guide Ads due.
- Company and product descriptions final – no edits after this date.
August 31, 2022
- Exhibit space should be paid in full. NO REFUNDS WILL BE ISSUED AFTER THIS DATE!

- Hotel reservation cut-off date. All room reservations MUST be made by this date to enjoy the guaranteed $235 single/double occupancy room rate at The Walt Disney World Dolphin Resort. Reservation information may be found in the HOTEL INFORMATION at https://a-r-a.org/Convention.html .
